Please click icon on map for driving directions. Our Bed & Breakfast is 11 km to the elegant 17th century town of Cognac, which is located on a beautiful section of the Charente river. Cognac has a lot to offer, boutique shopping, cafes and good restaurants, free music festivals and wonderful parks for the whole family. Saintes is 12km from our B&B and is a beautiful Roman town with still much of the Roman architecture intact for visitors to enjoy. There is a magnificent amphitheatre where they hold many events and concerts and two Abbey's. On both sides of the Charente river you will find many shops, bars and restaurants and on the first Monday of every month they close the main part of town to cars and hold a huge all day market.
